Airport Pick-Up Service
We are excited for your upcoming arrival to Oklahoma State University for fall 2026 semester!

We are offering airport pick-up services for international students at Stillwater Regional Airport (SWO) on August 9 - 10. On these dates, OSU representatives will assist you with ground transportation from the airport to the OSU campus at no additional cost.

OSU's shuttle service will depart from Stillwater Regional Airport (SWO) to campus on these arrival times below. Please select the time you intend to use the shuttle.

Linen Bundle Package

If you are living in OSU housing, we are offering a Linen Bundle Package for $46. The bundle will include the following items:

Two full-size flat sheets, one pillow, one pillow case, one blanket, two bath towels, two washcloths, shower curtain, two bars of soap, two rolls of toilet paper.

If you choose to add this, we will charge the bill to your bursar account and the items will be placed in your residential room before you arrive.
