If you indicated that your school will cover your TLX registration, a payment due will be added to your account. Please note that if you choose this option and your school does not pay for your registration, you will remain responsible for the registration fee.

Payment Information

The nonrefundable registration fee for attending The Leadership Experience at OSU is $150.00. This fee covers participant's lodging, meals, conference materials and t-shirt. In order to confirm your student’s place at the conference, we need to receive their nonrefundable registration fee, T-shirt size request, liability, and medical release forms.

I , the TLX Retreat registrant, now called the party to the first part, in consideration of Oklahoma State University Residential Life, Oklahoma State University, Oklahoma State University Student Union, the Leadership Experience, and The Board of Regents of Oklahoma State University, allowing me to participate in “The Leadership Experience (TLX) at OSU”, March 7th and 8th, 2026, hereby agree to the following. I release The Hargis Leadership Institute, Oklahoma State University, Oklahoma State University Student Union, the Leadership Experience and The Board of Regents of Oklahoma State University, their officers, agents, and employees, now called the party to the second part, from all liability for damage and injuries which I may sustain as a result of my attendance at and participation in "The Leadership Experience (TLX)." I agree to protect, hold harmless indemnity the party to the second part against all claims, suits, and liabilities of demands for injuries to any person and/or property during my participation in the “The Leadership Experience (TLX).” I specifically assume all risk associated with participation in the events and activities of The Leadership Experience, and the risk of damage or injury from any cause, action, omission, or occurrence caused by the party to the first part. It is also my understanding that I will not be forced to take part in any activity that makes me feel unnecessarily uncomfortable and that the party to the second party will not engage in any sort of hazing.

Medical Release
I hereby give any official of Oklahoma State University or paid staff member of The Leadership Experience the authority to seek emergency and nonemergency medical attention for me/my student if and when any such medical attention is required. Drug and Alcohol Policy
By signing below, I acknowledge the United States federal drug and alcohol policy and agree to not consume or possess any drug products such as, but not limited to cigarettes, e-vapes, nicotine pouches, tobacco, etc. or any alcohol products.

Should a student be caught with any illegal items, they will be asked to leave the program immediately with no refund. In extremely disruptive scenarios, which will be deemed by the Hargis Leadership Institute Staff, authorities and parents will be notified. Please remember that during this weekend you are a guest of the university, so keep in mind our own “Cowboy Code of Ethics”:
